Quick things to try

Camera not opening

Open iOS Settings, find SnapHappy, and confirm Camera access is enabled. Then fully close and reopen the app.

Photos not saving

In iOS Settings, open SnapHappy and confirm Photos access is allowed. Also check that your device has available storage.

Video has no sound

Tap the speaker control in the camera, then raise your iPhone’s media volume. If the volume slider is open, drag its control upward.

Imported video will not play

Confirm the video plays in the Photos or Files app first. If it does not, export it again as an MP4 or MOV file and reimport it into SnapHappy.

Camera feels stuck

Fully close SnapHappy and reopen it. If the issue continues, restart your iPhone and confirm you are using the latest available app version.
